  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Shipping Method

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Payment must be made in full, in cash, at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the provided address.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Delays caused by weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistic disruptions may affect delivery schedules. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

4. Shipping Areas

  • We currently deliver nationwide within Pakistan.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If no one is available to receive the order, or if payment is not provided, the package will be returned to us.

  • If this occurs, we may contact you to reschedule delivery or cancel the order.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Promotional offers may include free shipping, which will be mentioned on applicable product or campaign pages.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the package, and a description of the issue.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
